The Prodigy’s Maxim will open his debut art exhibition in London in September.
The singer, whose first public exhibition is titled LepidopTerror, will showcase a collection of his own paintings at the I.N.C space in London’s Covent Garden from September 15 – 26.
Maxim, whose real name is Keith Palmer, paints under the alias MM and has put together a collection of large scale paintings, a number of which feature the use of butterflies.
The Prodigy have been quiet recently, with their live CD/DVD ‘World’s On Fire’, their only output of note in 2011.
Main man Liam Howlett indicated toward the tail end of 2010 that after the band had completed their support slot with Linkin Park that they would return to the studio to begin work on new material.
The band are currently only booked to perform at one summer festival, Ruisrock in Finland on July 8.
