Linkin Park News Roundup: BITS Not US Single, VH-1 Interview, Club Tattoo Signing, LP on Fuse, LPLive downtime & Live Pictures

1. Yesterday, Mike made lots of fans happy by visiting the LPU Chat. The MSC posted a good summary about what was said:

Mike was just on the LPU chat, thanks to my friend @burningdaylite that caught him online and gave me a summary!

* Linkin Park got out of Boston okay and they’re now in New York
* Mike had HORRIBLE turkey meatloaf on amtrak (train in Boston) and told off the train guy when he was bugging him
* Mike was wearing a winter hat because of the snowstorm in Boston and people thought it was funny.
* Burning in the Skies, WILL NOT be a US Single.
* He was making up other ways to say “motherfucker” which lead to “motherfricassee”
* After the US tour they’re going to tour in Europe and Asia, and he’s gonna put in a word for the Canadians (meaning try to get LP to go to Canada
* And he wants people to learn the “Dream Hands” dance and flash mob it at a M&G
* Also there will be a LPUTV released soon, it will be about the Summit in Sydney about 7 minutes long (thanks to @xasiralx for telling me!)

Mike spilled some interesting news. Burning in the Skies won’t be a US single YET. It might be released there later, because “Waiting for the End” is still floating around.
What about the “Dream Hands” dance? Is anyone interested in learning it and organizing a flash mob? XD

2. Linkin Park will visit VH1 on Friday. You can submit your questions by adding the hashtag #askLP to your question and tweet it to @VH1

3. Fuse has released a video documenting Linkin Park’s evolution through the years. Unfortunately it also documents the decline of the music industry. Album sales decrease immensly from the release of Hybrid Theory to A Thousand Suns, although ATS debuted on #1 in 14 countries.

4. Linkin Park will have a special signing at Club Tattoo in Las Vegas. It will be free and a public event, so you should be there early.

5. One of my favourite LP sites has some trouble at the moment. Apparently the server of LPLive.net crashed, but the administrators are working on solving the problems. There’s a temporary website online ate the moment so you can still find all LP news on LPLive.net
