WTF-Moment: Linkin Park Criticized For Playing A Relief Show For Japan!

Jesse Mohr from rev967.com has quite the strong opinion about Linkin Park's ongoing relief efforts for the Tsunami victims in Japan. You can read his post below. I wanna make clear, that I so don't agree with that! 1. Of course there are a million places, where people need help, but you got to start somewhere and Linkin Park have also supported and organized relief stuff for Haiti and tons of other regions that were hit by natural disasters. Also, we really shouldn't forget that millions of people will suffer from the after effects of the Tsunami in Japan for decades! 2. The point that people should invest their "hard-earned" money in their own countries first really pisses me off! When do we finally realize that we are ONE people on ONE earth? Everybody should decide for themselves which relief organisations they want to support, and in my opinion you should just listen to your heart instead of sorting people and their problems into hierarchies. For example, I have donated to Save the Children, MFR, Donate Life and I am an online volunteer for UNHCR, but that doesn't mean that I think other issues are less important, I just had to make a decision eventually. You can discuss Jesse's opinion in the comment section! Here's his post:...

Fan Review: Linkin Park Project Revolution in Leipzig + M&G

Concert Review Linkin Park Project Revolution

Festwiese, Leipzig + M&G on June 18, 2011

By LPfan1989

Arriving at the Venue At 11 am I made my way to Leipzig and the drive was so uneventful and relaxed that we arrived at the venue at 2.30pm already. My buddy and me, who was also my official assistant, because I'm sitting in a wheelchair, had a little break first, but then went to the entrance. First we went to the wrong one, which was closed (we weren't the only ones doing this), so we had to walk back again to the other entrance. After it started to rain so hard that we had to find shelter first, we asked the staff at the box office for information on the M&G and wheelchair space. They told me some totally wrong information, saying that the meeting place for the M&G was the box office, when we found out later that it was the bell tower. When we went through the entrance our stuff was examined by the staff there and they took two water bottles (from four) and my snap light sticks, and I had to open the mailing tube that contained my poster cause I could've hidden anything in there. Linkin Park at AAC, Dallas: A Night Terror Delivered Via Subwoofer Meets The “Essence of Shinoda”

Zara from mikeshinodaclan.com just tweeted this concert review from Linkin Park's show in Dallas. It's pretty on point and funny at all the right places, so read! Thanks, Zara!
I’m not saying he’s not a man’s man, but Chester Bennington used to drive a sparkly silver PT Cruiser. I know this because he used to live next door to my good friend, and he did not utilize his parking garage. But perhaps he doesn’t need a fancy SUV; he has the grandeur of a world tour, and an arena full of cheering fans that live for the sensation that is Linkin Park. A show postponed by a bout of illness, the size of the audience at American Airlines Center has not been thwarted. “You ready to have some fun?” Chester asks the crowd. As the band opens with “Faint,” his vocals prove to be a bit ahead of the beat, but unharmed, nonetheless. ...
