Nearly 40 A-list artists have contributed tracks to a new compilation meant to benefit victims of Japan's tsunami. Available now for $9.99 via iTunes, Songs for Japan features top hits from artists like U2, Eminem, Lady Gaga, John Lennon, and literally dozens more. Check out the full tracklisting below.
All artists, music publishers, and labels involved have waived any royalties for these songs, and iTunes will donate its proceeds from all album sales worldwide -- all funds go towards the Japanese Red Cross Society.

Dave Grohl Talks New Foo Fighters Album With Q Magazine
We haven't heard from the Foo Fighters since your two Wembley Stadium shows in 2008. What have you been up to?
Dave Grohl: The last album [Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace] was such an experience for this band because we finally got to the place where we were playing stadiums and headlining festivals all over the world. There was a demand for the band that we'd never seen before and truly never expected. When we played those gigs at Wembley, as we said goodnight, I looked out and I thought, "I can't imagine that it can get any bigger or better than this." So I felt like it was time to step away from it. Not necessarily retreat, but just to back away. Because something that good, you don't want it to burn out.
You're recording the new Foo Fighters album with Nevermind producer Butch Vig...
Y'know, going back to make an album with a producer you've worked with before is not unlike going back and fucking a girlfriend you had 20 years ago. It can either be really good or a total fucking disaster. But it was perfectly natural and totally comfortable and he's the same person he was 20 years ago. He wears cologne now. I think that's the only difference.

The Foo Fighters have been playing intimate shows to preview material from their upcoming album Wasting Light, but at a gig last week in Cologne, Germany, Dave Grohl and crew delivered a blistering set that featured the LP in its entirety. A crisp bootleg of the show has surfaced online. Check it out HERE!
"We're gonna be here a while so get comfortable," says Grohl at the start of the show, which was organized for contest winners of German radio station 1Live. "It's gonna be a long fucking night! Ready?" And with that…they're off, delivering a non-stop 98-minute set that starts with the tinnitus-inducing riffs of "Bridge Burning" and wraps with the Foo's classic anthem "Everlong." ...
Foo Fighters have sold out their two-night stand at Milton Keynes Bowl next summer, within hours of going on sale.
The band will headline the 65,000 capacity amphitheatre in Buckinghamshire on July 2 and 3, 2011.
