Huge Graffiti Wall: MadC Did It

It’s top graffiti news today (1, 2, 3), famous graffiti artist MadC finally finished her huge graffiti wall! At the beginning of this year, the probably most well-known female writer started to sketch the single elements for that giant 639m² wall. Since then, the spectacular graffiti project went on and on and now it’s over!

“Some days she went up and down the ladder more than 500 times, painted more than 4 months every day at least 10 hours. MadC used 1489 Molotow Premium cans; 158 different colours; 600+ caps; 3 different kind of caps, 100 liters primer; 140 liters exterior paint; painted at temperatures from +2C° to +38C° in sunshine, rain, storm, day and night; painted her biggest and smallest piece so far and overall painted her name far more than 100 times on this wall.”

The final result – a really massive and impressing wall – can be seen in the following video. Have fun while watching – I had to stop the video every two or three secs to have a closer look…
